Agro-VAD LLC is a company with great experience and own history in production of components for agricultural implements. Over the last 10 years Agro-VAD LLC has produced quality components for Don, Niva, Yenisei, Polesie, Slavutych, Vector, Acros combine harvesters, as well as discs and spare parts for cultivation equipment BDT, DMT, BDM, ADM on the Ukrainian market.
The product range constantly grows. The company produces springs for agricultural equipment, combines, harrows, cultivation equipment, seeding machines, etc. Since 2007 the company has mastered the production of ADM retrofitted disk implements with working width of 2.5m and 4m which combines the best characteristics of home and foreign advanced disk harrows.

Don Combine Harvester Pickup BELT
A pickup belt of Don 1500 combine harvester is a highly engineered product. Agro-VAD LLC mastered the production of pickup belts with open type brackets as early as in 2001. By 2003 the production of a belt with closed type bracket and polypropylene insert which is an analog of belts produced by Millerovoselmash Plant was launched. During the first years of production various comments and remarks from the customers were taken into account. Belts manufactured at Bobruiskrezinotechnika Plant and TRD-38,0-4400-4-10-2 reinforced chain are used in production.
Combine Harvester Pickup BELT
Since 2004 Agro-VAD LLC has supplied these belts to Autoshtamp Plant, Aleksandriya, for assembly of the first Ukrainian Don-Lan combine harvesters. Since 2006 Slavutych combine harvesters produced in Kherson have been equipped with our belts. Since 2007 OJSC Morozovskselmash, Morozovsk, Russia has produced pickups equipped with our belts and delivers them to the Rostselmash Plant assembly line. Sampo combine harvesters (produced in Rostov) are also equipped with pickups of Morozovskselmash Plant which is fitted with belts of Agro-VAD, LLC.
Pickup Belt A.10.08.040V DON-1500.
It is applied in pickups of DON, Slavutych, Yenisei, Vector, Acros combine harvesters.
It is produced on the basis of TK-100 belt of Bobruisk Plant of Mechanical Rubber Products, the belt is fitted with closed type brackets and propylene inserts. Reinforced chain TRD-38,0-4400-4-10-2N.
Pickup Belt DON-1500. .
It is applied in DON-1500 combine harvesters. It is produced on the basis of three-layer BKNL-65 belt of Berdyansk and Kursk Plants of Mechanical Rubber Products, the belt is fitted with open type brackets. Reinforced chain TRD-38,0-4400-10-2N.
Pickup Belt PKh-56.000. It is applied in pickups of SK-5 NIVA combine harvesters. It is produced of a three-layer belt on the basis of BKNL-65 fabric. The belt is manufactured at Berdyansk and Kursk Plants of Mechanical Rubber Products and fitted with open type brackets.
